If the teens have fewer than 3 days left in their teen stage, they may not get pregnant at least it seems that way in my playing. When InTeen makes a teen pregnant, the life stage and the number of days left in that stage temporarily change to adult for the teen. However since InTeen changes so much it can conflict with a lot of other mods. There are normal conflicts between InTeen and its FlavorPaks as they both may change the same code and those are okay. Have you run the Hack Conflict Detection Utility? Perhaps you have a conflict between some other mod and InTeen.
